A Label The Muse piece is more than an accessory; it is the result of studied craftsmanship, intimate production, and materials chosen with intention. Every bag begins as a gesture of artistry and ends as a companion meant to move with you through seasons of life.
Our warranty exists to honor that commitment to longevity — and to ensure your piece receives the care it deserves over time.
For clients who wish to activate full coverage, each purchase may be registered through our Product Registration page. Service requests may be submitted through our Warranty & Refurbishing Request Form, or directly by email if preferred.
Warranty Coverage
Label The Muse offers a limited warranty that protects against defects in materials and craftsmanship for twelve monthsfrom the date of purchase. This guarantee reflects the standard of excellence upheld across our Brooklyn and Atlanta ateliers.
Coverage applies exclusively to non-customized pieces and includes:
Stitching & Structural Craftsmanship
Any issues related to primary stitching, structural seams, or craft-related failures that compromise the integrity of the piece.
Hardware Functionality
Defects affecting the intended operation of zippers, clasps, metal components, or internal mechanisms.
Interior Construction
Concerns related to inner linings, interior zippers, or internal structural elements that are not the result of wear.
During this period, qualifying repairs are completed at no cost to the client.
The intention is simple: to uphold the standard of the House.
Exclusions
Certain conditions fall outside the scope of the warranty, as they reflect the natural life of a well-loved piece or circumstances beyond craftsmanship.
The warranty does not extend to:
• Wear caused by daily use, friction, or environmental exposure
• Water damage, staining, abrasions, or neglect
• Softening, shaping, or patina that develops as materials age
• Minor marks, natural color variation, or texture shifts
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or third-party modifications
• Pieces customized with additions (fur, pearls, 3D elements) or altered beyond the original design
These elements are part of the story a bag tells over time — a narrative of use rather than an issue of construction.
Repairs & Refurbishing
Beyond warranty protection, Label The Muse offers a Maison Refurbishing Program to support the continued life of your piece.
This service is optional and extends beyond the warranty period.
Warranty Repairs
Any craftsmanship issue — stitching irregularities, hardware failures, structural concerns — is resolved at no cost within the twelve-month coverage window.
Refurbishing Services
For pieces experiencing natural wear, refurbishment is available for $100–$200, depending on the work required.
This service may include material conditioning, exterior refreshing, hardware polishing, and minor structural restoration.
Our goal is not to replace the story your piece carries — only to preserve its beauty and strength.
Hardware Replacement
Should hardware fail due to manufacturing defects within the first year, replacement is completed without charge.
After the warranty period, hardware replacement remains available for an additional fee, quoted upon review.
How to Request Service
To begin a request, complete our Warranty & Refurbishing Form, or email us at heygirl@labelthemuse.com with your order details and a brief description of your concern. Product registration in advance of service requests are required.
If an in-person evaluation is required, our team will provide return instructions.
Please ensure your piece is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Once received, your bag will undergo a detailed assessment to determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty repair or falls under refurbishing services.
Approved warranty repairs are completed at no cost; refurbishing services will be quoted prior to any work.
