ORDERS & PROCESSING

➤ How long does it take to process my order?
Each Label The Muse bag is artisan-made by hand. Unless otherwise stated, our processing time is 2-3 weeks before shipment. This ensures that every purse meets our highest standards of craftsmanship.

➤ Are the bags truly handmade?
Yes! Every bag is carefully designed, cut, and sewn by Saïka Bince, the founder and designer of Label The Muse. This is not mass production—each purse is made with attention to detail, love, and intention.

➤ Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Due to the handmade nature of our bags, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or modify it. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

➤ Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States, but we are working on expanding to international locations soon. Stay tuned for updates!

➤ How long does shipping take?
Once your bag has been crafted (2-3 weeks), you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Shipping times vary by location but typically take 3-7 business days within the U.S.

➤ Do you offer rush orders?
Since each bag is handmade with care, we currently do not offer expedited processing. However, we will announce limited ready-to-ship drops on our site and social media.

CUSTOMIZATION & LIMITED EDITIONS

➤ Can I customize my bag?
Yes! Our Made for You customization option allows you to choose elements like handle color, base color, sides color, interior lining, hardware finish, and additional embellishments (fur, pearls, 3D designs, etc.). Custom orders require 3-5 weeks for completion.

➤ Will sold-out styles be restocked?
Because our bags are handmade in limited quantities, restocks are not guaranteed. If a bag you love is sold out, we recommend signing up for email notifications in case it returns.

MATERIALS & CARE

➤ What materials are used in Label The Muse bags?
We prioritize high-quality, cruelty-free materials, including vegan leather, suede, and luxe faux fur. Every bag is designed to be stylish, durable, and mindful of animals.

➤ How do I care for my Label The Muse bag?
To maintain your bag’s beauty:

  • Store it in the provided dust bag when not in use.
  • Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the surface.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, perfumes, or oils.
  • For suede details, use a suede brush to gently remove any marks.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

➤ Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our bags, all sales are final. Please reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about materials, sizing, or customization options.

➤ What if my bag arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging and shipping, but if your bag arrives damaged, please contact us at heygirl@labelthemuse.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist you.

Each Label The Muse bag carries deep personal meaning, honoring the strong women in our founder’s life:

  • Kesner – The Matriarch Carryall (Named after Saïka’s grandmother)
  • Bince – The Statement Handbag (A reflection of the designer’s own identity)
  • Ti Nette – The Chic Purse (A tribute to her mother’s childhood nickname)

These names are not just labels; they are legacies woven into every stitch.
