Yes. Every Label The Muse piece is handmade in our Brooklyn and Atlanta studios by designer Saïka Bince and a small team of trained artisans. Select components, such as our 3D-printed, hand-finished handles or specialty builds like our briefcases, are handcrafted in small batches, but all finishing, polishing, painting, assembly, and quality control take place in the United States.

All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please review selections carefully before checkout.

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping will be introduced soon.

Bags are crafted with hair-on cowhide, real leather, sourced per order, along with vegan leather on select pieces, and waterproof, easy-to-clean interiors. Because materials are sourced per order, every bag is unique. Each piece includes an authenticity card detailing exactly what your bag is made of. Select pieces, like the Bince silhouette, also feature a signature handle that is 3D-printed and hand-polished, with hand-painted detailing that makes no two exactly alike. While we do not offer exchanges on any of our handmade products, unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund after inspection. Returned pieces must be unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging. If your item shows signs of use, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Certain exceptions may apply.

Engraved or customized items are not eligible for return.
