SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

At Label The Muse, every object is created with the belief that craftsmanship is a form of devotion. Your piece enters our ateliers in Brooklyn and Atlanta as raw materials and leaves only when it meets the standard of intention that defines our House. The policies below are designed to honor that process — they protect the integrity of the work, the artisans behind it, and the experience you receive when your piece arrives in your hands.
Shipping & Processing
Each bag and accessory is made in controlled, intimate quantities. Because our production is hands-on and deeply involved, processing times reflect the pace of careful craftsmanship rather than automated fulfillment. Made-to-order handbags generally require two to three weeks of studio time before they are ready to ship. Ready-to-ship items dispatch within three to five business days, and perfumes and non-custom accessories typically follow within a week.
Once your order leaves the atelier, it travels through either USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or UPS 2-Day depending on the nature and value of the piece. Domestic deliveries generally arrive within two to five business days. We recommend selecting signature confirmation for all luxury pieces; it ensures secure handoff and mirrors the intentionality of our process. Tracking information is shared automatically as soon as your order departs.
If an order is marked delivered but cannot be located, the responsibility shifts to the carrier. We encourage clients to use secure delivery locations or signature-required service for peace of mind.
Preorders
Certain collections — particularly runway capsules and limited-edition drops — may open for preorder. Preorders allow you to reserve pieces before they enter the atelier. Because materials are allocated immediately and production begins shortly thereafter, preorder purchases are final once placed. Estimated delivery windows are shared clearly on each product page, and should there be any changes, the atelier will communicate with you directly. Preorders reflect a mutual commitment: the House commits to craftsmanship; the client commits to the wait required for it.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope each piece you receive feels like a continuation of your own story. However, if you need to initiate a return, you may do so within seven days of delivery. Returned pieces must arrive in the same condition they were sent — unused, undamaged, and free of any scent, marks, or wear. All packaging elements, including dust bag and authenticity card, must accompany the return. Returns that arrive without their full presentation, or show evidence of wear, may be refused or refunded partially at the discretion of the House.
Due to hygiene regulations and the nature of artisanal production, certain items are final sale. Perfumes, press-on goods, and any customized or made-to-spec handbag cannot be returned or exchanged. These pieces are created or prepared specifically for the client and cannot re-enter inventory.
Clients are responsible for return shipping costs. Once a return is approved and received, exchanges are shipped back at no additional charge within the United States.
Workmanship Guarantee
A Label The Muse piece is designed to accompany you through seasons of life, not just moments. We offer a 30-day workmanship guarantee that protects against structural defects in stitching, hardware, or construction. This guarantee does not cover wear caused by normal use, accidents, exposure to the elements, or handling outside the care guidelines provided by the Maison.
Repairs requested beyond the guarantee window may be available for a service fee, assessed individually based on the needs of the piece and the nature of the restoration.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Because each order enters the production pipeline quickly, changes may only be requested within twenty-four hours of purchase. After that window, we cannot guarantee the ability to modify or cancel. Preordered and custom pieces cannot be canceled once placed due to the immediate allocation of materials and atelier time.
