SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
- Ready-to-ship items ship within 5–8 business days of your order.
- Made-to-order bags are handmade for you and ship within 21 business days (about 4 weeks).
- Pre-order items ship on the date listed on the product page.
Rates
- United States: $15 flat rate. Free shipping on orders of $300 or more.
- International: shipped by USPS or DHL Express, with the rate calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
