PRE-ORDER POLICY

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item that will become available at a later date. Each pre-order is made specifically for the customer who purchases it.

PLACEMENT & CHARGES

When you place a pre-order, your selected payment method will be charged immediately to secure your item. Pre-orders cannot be modified once submitted.

CANCELLATIONS

All pre-orders are made to order and cannot be canceled once placed.

They remain eligible for return under our standard return policy once delivered.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

Estimated shipping windows are listed on each product page and in your confirmation email.

Pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may shift slightly based on production timelines.

ORDER UPDATES

You will be notified via email if there are any material changes to your pre-order timeline.

RETURNS

Pre-orders may be returned or exchanged once received, following our standard return policy.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all packaging included.
